At Club Hotel Aguamarina you can pay for your holidays in instalments and without interest.
Pay in easy instalments:
Non-refundable initial deposit: 5% of the price of the stay.
The rest of the amount is refundable and will be paid in 2 or 3 payments, the last one always being at the hotel.
If you make the reservation more than 6 months before check-in:
- 1st payment of 35% of the reservation amount will be charged 120 days before check-in.
- 2nd payment of 35% of the reservation amount will be charged 60 days prior to check-in.
- 3rd payment of the remaining 25% of the reservation amount will be charged at the time of check-in at the hotel.
If you book less than 6 months before the check-in date:
- 1st payment of 50% of the reservation amount will be charged 60 days prior to check-in.
- 2nd payment of the remaining 45% will be charged at the time of check-in at the hotel.
Changes and cancellations allowed up to 5 days prior to check-in: 100% of the reservation will be charged if cancelled or modified after 5 days prior to arrival.
Late arrival policy: Your room is guaranteed until 23:59 on the day of check-in. If you are arriving after 23:59, please let us know in advance, as the hotel does not guarantee room availability after that time.
No show: if you do not show up at the hotel on the day of check-in, the hotel will not guarantee your room and will charge 100% of the costs.
In case of unexpected departure or early check-out, the amount of the stay not enjoyed will not be refunded.
If any of the charges cannot be made, the hotel may cancel the reservation within 48 hours of notifying the customer of the regularisation of their payments.
DON'T WORRY ABOUT PAYMENT DATES!
The instalments will be automatically charged to your card on the corresponding dates.
All you have to worry about is packing your luggage and enjoying your holiday!
