  • Time of arrival (check-in) at the tourist accommodation: From 14:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs
  • Check-out time at the tourist accommodation: until 11:00 hrs

  • The Balearic Tourist Tax is not included in the price and will be paid by the client at the time of check-in (3,30€ per person per day of stay). Law 2/2016 of 30 March of the Balearic Parliament.
    Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the complex with the exception of outdoor areas that are not for children's use. Law 42/2010, of 30 December 2010, which amends Law 28/2005, of 26 December, on health measures against smoking.

Balearic touristic tax

We would like to inform you that the Balearic Parliament has established a tax on stays in any tourist establishment in the Balearic Islands as of 1st July 2016: Law 2/2016, of 30th March, on the tax on tourist stays in the Balearic Islands.

The tax amounts to an amount of €3.00 plus 10% V.A.T. for each person and day of stay in a 3-star superior hotel. The applicable rate varies according to the category of the establishment.

The following stays are exempt from this tax:

a) Children under 16 years of age.

b) Stays made for reasons of force majeure.

c) Stays made by any person for health reasons.

d) Stays subsidised by social programmes of the public administrations of any state of the European Union.

A 50% discount is applied to the tax rate for the ninth and following days of the same stay.

A 75% discount is applied for low season stays, defined in the Law as the period from 1 November to 30 April of the following year (Modification of Article 13(2) of Law 2/2016).

Booking cancellation and modification policy

The reservation made may be cancelled or modified in accordance with the contracted rate:

  • Payment at hotel Rate
    • Cancellation and modification free of charge if made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, unless otherwise indicated in the booking contracting process.

    • Always indicating your booking reference number. 
    • Bank charges generated by the cancellation or modification of the reservation will be charged to the client. 
    • In case of modifications:
      • The success of the modification will depend on the availability of the hotel at the time of the request.
      • The price may change depending on the modification made.
      • Late arrival policy: Your room is guaranteed until 23:59 on the day of check-in. If you are arriving after 23:59, please let us know in advance, as the hotel does not guarantee room availability after that time.
      • No show: in case you do not show up at the hotel on the day of check-in, the hotel will not guarantee your room and will charge 100% of the costs.
      • In the event of an unscheduled departure or early check-out, the amount of the stay will not be refunded.
  • Pay in comfortable installments Rate
    • Initial deposit of 5% of the total amount at the time of reservation 
    • Non-refundable deposit 
    • The rest of the amount will be charged in installments, flexible and refundable up to 5 days before arrival at the accommodation.

Obligations of the user

Formalization of the contract

The formalization of the contract is carried out at the same moment of the confirmation of the availability of the service, of the acceptance by the contracting party of the general conditions and its payment by credit card in the payment gateway of the bank.

The transactions carried out are encrypted through a secure payment system endorsed by the bank, this environment guarantees that the information of the credit cards will not be intercepted and that, therefore, it will not reach the hands of any other person who does not is the bank in charge of processing the customer's payment instructions. The total amount must be paid at the hotel establishment itself or previously through the means of payment required during the reservation process, depending on the type of rate selected by the client.

The price of the reservation includes exclusively the services chosen and detailed in the reservation form. At the end of the reservation, you will receive in the email account that the user has provided the reservation voucher and contracting conditions that have already been provided in the online reservation process.

The voucher or receipt of the reservation that contains the locator number, as well as the details of the reservation, must be printed and kept by the user to deliver it upon arrival at the hotel.

The owner of the website reserves the right to reject or require additional information on those reservations that do not pass the security controls established in our electronic commerce system.

General considerations

  • The content of the drinks included in the All Inclusive regime may vary without prior notice depending on the availability of products, organization of the establishment or another reason. 

Offers

The offers will be valid only during the period set on the website, or failing that, during the time they are accessible to customers for effective contracting. The offers will not be cumulative with each other unless otherwise indicated. contrary. Right of admission

This establishment reserves the RIGHT OF ADMISSION to those people who:

  • Disrupt the well-being, order or good atmosphere of the hotel.
  • Have an uncivil, violent, unpleasant, unseemly or inappropriate attitude or behavior in the opinion of the responsible hotel personnel, both in person and through any other means (by telephone, social networks, e-mail, etc.) .
  • Carry out undesirable actions (theft, robbery, damage, etc.) on any property, whether it belongs to the hotel, clients, employees, suppliers or any other natural or legal person; as well as undesirable actions (annoyance, intimidation, insults, physical or psychological aggression, etc.) against any person.

In case of expulsion, no amount will be returned to the client, except for the tourist tax.

Check-in

During the (online or oflline) check-in process, the client must present a bank card that will be associated with their reservation and the RFID card or cards given to all the guests on their reservation together with the hotel access bracelet. This bank card will be used as a guarantee as well as to charge the payments that the client makes by this means at the authorized points of sale. The customer can request at reception to deactivate the link between his bank card and one or more of the RFID cards delivered. The hotel will not retain cash or charge on this bank card that does not correspond to the aforementioned concepts.

Language

The language applicable to these General Conditions of Contract is Spanish. Therefore, in case there is any contradiction in any of the versions provided in other languages, the Spanish version will prevail.

Modification of the General Conditions.

The owner of the website reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time and without prior notice, by publishing the new conditions on this site. If any clause included in these conditions is declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will affect only said provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, subsisting the general conditions in everything else, taking into account such provision, or the part of it that is affected by not being placed.

Jurisdiction and applicable law.

The contracting parties expressly and voluntarily submit to the jurisdiction and Courts of the Balearic Islands for the resolution of conflicts arising from the interpretation and application of this contract. The applicable legislation will be Spanish.
